Schedule
The
following Payment Schedule is for the 2008-09 Assabet Valley Girls Ice Hockey practices,
league games, and special skill activities and as available tournaments. U12(Red), U14(Red), U16(Red) & U19(Red) will
participate in up to (4) tournaments. Registration
Fees are non-refundable.

Registration Policy
·
Selected
Current Players must register on or before July 1, 2007 or you will be considered a New
Player.
· New
Players will fill available slots in their appropriate age group after July 1, 2007, based on the
date the registration was received.
·
If
slots are full at the appropriate age group, you will be placed on a wait list.
(Prioritized by the date the registration was received on)
·
Assabet
Valley Girls Hockey players are allowed to play on their respective town or private, prep
or public high school teams, ONLY!
·
If
a player plays for another girls club team (other than listed above) she will not be
considered for any team representing Assabet Valley Girls Hockey in either the National or
Non-National Bound States.
Players
registered with two National Bound teams (i.e. Youth and Assabet Valley Girls Hockey),
must declare in writing to Assabet Valley Girls Hockey by October 1, 2007
which team they will represent in the States and
Nationals.

No walk-in
Registrations will be accepted at tryouts.

No Registration
will be completed without the Registration Fee paid in full.

Registration
Fees and Payments are Non-Refundable.

All New players
please submit a copy of their birth certificate.

You must be 18
years or older to participate in Online Registration. If you are not 18 years of age or
older, a parent or guardian must complete this process on your behalf.
Select the season you are registering for: 2008-09 (Valid Sept 1, 2008 – Aug 31, 2009)
STEP 1: Complete this online registration
process, and you will receive a Confirmation Page that confirms you are registered with USA
Hockey and your Affiliate.
STEP 2: Bring your Confirmation Page to your local program or email it to their
designated representative to be claimed by a program and placed on a team. This step is
required to ensure that all USA Hockey benefits are in place.
