Most Player placement takes place during the month of August & September for all registered players

Registration Priorities

Selected current Players must register on or before July 1, 2011 or you will be considered a New Player.

New Players will fill available slots in their appropriate age group after July 1, 2011, based on the date the returned registration form was post marked.

If slots are full at the appropriate age group, you will be placed on a waiting list. (Prioritized by the date the registration was received on)

Player placement takes place during the month of August & September for all registered players.

All our tryouts are open each year and no previously participating player is prioritized.

Assabet Valley Girls Hockey players are allowed to play on their respective town or private, prep or public high school teams, ONLY!

If a player plays for another USA Hockey girls team (other than listed above) she will not be considered for any team representing Assabet Valley Girls Hockey. She may play for only one team in the New England Girls Hockey League.

Players registered with two National Bound teams (i.e. Youth and Assabet Valley Girls Hockey), must declare in writing to Assabet Valley Girls Hockey by October 1, 2009 which team they will represent in the States and Nationals.

   ·        No walk-in Registrations will be accepted at tryouts.

   ·        No Registration will be completed without the Registration Fee paid in full and USA Hockey registration processed.

   ·        Registration Fees and Payments are Non-Refundable.

   ·        All New Players please submit a copy of their birth certificate.

All Assabet Players & Coaches must register with USA Hockey directly

You must be 18 years or older to participate in Online Registration. If you are not 18 years of age or older, a parent or guardian must complete this process on your behalf.

Select the season you are registering for: 2011-12 (Valid May 1, 2011 – August 31, 2012)

STEP 1: Complete this online registration process, and you will receive a Confirmation Page that confirms you are registered with USA Hockey and your Affiliate.

STEP 2: Bring your Confirmation Page to your local program or email it to their designated representative to be claimed by a program and placed on a team. This step is required to ensure that all USA Hockey benefits are in place.
